t’s not artificial intelligence that’s putting current jobs at risk; it’s corporate decisions. I hope this naive and stupid obsession with “disruptive innovation” and, above all, “saving a bunch of damn dollars” without considering the long-term risks or the impact on employees, blows up right in those executives’ faces.

AI is being sold as the solution to everything, but that’s just ideology—plain and dirty ideology that they’re trying to shove down our throats, turning companies and workers into “forced users.” Can AI really do everything its supporters claim it can?
