LA IRENE

I had the chance to collaborate on a pretty unique project: I had never designed graphics for a seafood restaurant before—let alone one with a northern Mexican style!

Diego Freyre commissioned and directed me on this project, and I wanted to give it a distinctive touch inspired by Mexican poster art. I aimed to create bold, eye-catching characters, far from realism, with rich textures, vibrant colors, and above all a lot of flow.

I’m sharing here some explorations and the final result: three posters designed to promote the anniversary of “Mariscos Bitacheros La Irene.”
